INTERNATIONAL APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
EFFECTIVE 1 JANUARY 2027
MAJOR JANTJE (JOLANDA) FENNEMA, an officer of the Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia Territory currently serving as Divisional Leader for Women’s Ministries in the Eastern Europe Territory, is appointed as Territorial Secretary for Spiritual Life Development, Eastern Europe Territory (amendment to an earlier bulletin). She will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel.
EFFECTIVE 1 FEBRUARY 2027
COMMISSIONERS GEOFF AND KALIE WEBB, officers of the Australia Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries/Leader for Leader Development, Kenya West Territory, are appointed to International Headquarters; Commissioner Kalie Webb as Principal, International College for Officers and Commissioner Geoff Webb as Compliance and Policy Coordinator.
COLONELS HARUN AND BEATRICE CHEPSIRI, officers of the Kenya West Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders, Kenya West Territory; Colonel Harun Chepsiri as Territorial Commander and Colonel Beatrice Chepsiri as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of commissioner; Colonel Beatrice Chepsiri on 1 February 2027 and Colonel Harun Chepsiri on 2 February 2027.
COLONELS BISHOW AND PAMELA SAMHIKA, officers of the Zimbabwe, Botswana and Madagascar Territory currently serving respectively as Principal and Assistant Principal, International College for Officers, International Headquarters, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, respectively, Kenya West Territory.
