Der finder løbende internationale forflytninger sted i Frelsens Hær. De seneste forflytninger fra det internationale hovedkvarter – der blandt andet berører kommandørerne Lisbeth og Henrik Andersen – oplyses herunder af Frelsens Hærs stabschef, kommandør Edward Hill.

Efter seks år i spidsen for Frelsens Hær i Schweiz, Østrig og Ungarn vender det danske officerspar tilbage til Skandinavien, hvor de til sommer tiltræder nye ordrer i henholdsvis det svenske og lettiske territorium samt ved det internationale hovedkvarter i London (IHK). Hun som territorialleder og han som konsulent for korps- og menighedsudvikling under IHK. Dermed vender de rent geografisk tilbage til det territorium, hvor de indtil for 20 år siden gennem seks år var regionale ledere i Letland.
Kommandørerne Henrik og Lisbeth Andersen har siden 2014 gjort tjeneste uden for landets grænser, men er er velkendte og afholdte blandt mange i Danmark. Herfra ønskes de Guds velsignelse over den forestående opbrudstid, ligesom alle opfordres til at omslutte dem i bøn for deres udgang og indgang.

International Appointments and Promotions
EFFECTIVE 1 JULY 2026
COLONELS BO AND CHRISTINA JEPPSSON, officers of the Sweden and Latvia Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries in that Territory, are appointed as International Secretaries for Europe, International Headquarters. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner; Colonel Bo Jeppsson on 1 July 2026 and Colonel Christina Jeppsson on 2 July 2026. They will succeed Commissioners Cedric and Lyn Hills who will retire from active officership service on 1 July 2026.
COMMISSIONER HENRIK AND LISBETH ANDERSEN, officers of the Denmark and Greenland Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial Leader for International Relations, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary Territory, are appointed as follows: Commissioner Lisbeth Andersen as Territorial Commander, Sweden and Latvia Territory and Commissioner Henrik Andersen as IHQ Consultant on Corps and Congregational Development.
LIEUT-COLONELS DANIEL AND HEIDI IMBODEN, officers of the Switzerland, Austria and Hungary Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Secretary for Territorial Development in that Territory; are appointed as Territorial Leaders, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary Territory; Lieut-Colonel Heidi Imboden as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Daniel Imboden as Territorial Leader for International Relations. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner; Lieut-Colonel Daniel Imboden on 3 July 2026 and Lieut-Colonel Heidi Imboden on 4 July 2026.
LIEUT-COLONELS JÖEL AND KAREN ETCHEVERRY, officers of the France and Belgium Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Secretary for Territorial Development, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary Territory.
MAJORS JEAN AND ARIANE OLEKHNOVITCH, officers of the France and Belgium Territory currently serving as Regional Officers for Belgium in that Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, France and Belgium Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel.
COLONELS WILSON AND NARA STRASSE, officers of the Brazil Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries in that Territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders, Spain and Portugal Territory; Colonel Wilson Strasse as Territorial Commander and Colonel Nara Strasse as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries.
LIEUT-COLONELS RAFAEL AND KARINA GIUSTI, officers of the South America East Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Spain and Portugal Territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders, Brazil Territory; Lieut-Colonel Rafael Giusti as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Karina Giusti as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
LIEUT-COLONEL BRIAN SAUNDERS, an officer of the USA Western Territory currently serving as Executive Secretary to the General, International Headquarters, is appointed as Chief Secretary, USA Southern Territory. Lieut-Colonel Saunders will take up his new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. He will succeed Colonel Deborah Sedlar, who will retire from active officership service on 1 July 2026.
MAJOR RICHARD GAUDION, an officer of the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory currently serving as Deputy to the Head of Counselling, in that Territory, is appointed as Executive Secretary to the General, International Headquarters. Major Gaudion will take up his new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel.
