International Appointments and Promotions
EFFECTIVE 1 AUGUST 2026
LIEUT-COLONEL RICHARD DE VREE, an officer of the Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia Territory currently serving as Chief Secretary in that Territory will be promoted to the rank of colonel.
EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2026
MAJOR HOWARD RUSSELL, an officer of the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory currently serving as Divisional Commander, East of England Division in that Territory, is appointed as Chief Secretary, United Kingdom and Ireland Territory. Major Russell will take up his new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. He will succeed Colonel Peter Forrest who will retire from active officership service on 30 September 2026.
MAJOR JANET ROBSON, an officer of the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory, currently serving as Divisional Commander, Central and Southern Scotland Division in that Territory, is appointed as Territorial Secretary for Leader Development, United Kingdom and Ireland Territory. Major Robson will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. She will succeed Colonel Julie Forrest who will take up new appointment responsibilities in the Territory.
