INTERNATIONAL APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and approved by the General.
EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2025
LIEUT-COLONELS GNANA PRAKASH RAO BODDU AND ANNAMANI BODDU, officers of the India Central Territory, currently serving respectively as Secretary for Programme and Territorial Home League Secretary, Sri Lanka Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Sri Lanka Territory.They will succeed Lieut-Colonels Imran Sabir and Nighat Imran, who will take new appointments in their home territory.
EFFECTIVE 1 NOVEMBER 2025
LIEUT-COLONEL JENNIFER GROVES, an officer of the New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa Territory, currently serving as Area Officer – based in Wellington in that territory, is appointed as Chief Secretary, New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa Territory. Lieut-Colonel Groves will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. She will succeed Colonel Gerald Walker, who will retire from active officership on 31 October 2025.
