Internationale forflytninger

Der finder løbende internationale forflytninger sted i Frelsens Hær. De seneste forflytninger fra det internationale hovedkvarter bekendtgøres herunder af Frelsens Hærs stabschef, kommandør Edward Hill.

Forflytningerne træder i kraft i januar, marts og april 2026 og kan læses (på engelsk) herunder.

INTERNATIONAL APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and approved by the General.

EFFECTIVE 1 JANUARY 2026

LIEUT-COLONELS HARUN AND BEATRICE CHEPSIRI, officers of the Kenya West Territory, currently serving as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that Territory, will be promoted to the rank of colonel.

LIEUT-COLONELS MARIO AND CELESTE NHACUMBA, officers of the Mozambique Territory, currently serving as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the Kenya East Territory, will be promoted to the rank of colonel.

MAJORS LAURINDO AND LUISA NOMBORA, officers of the Mozambique Territory, currently serving as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that Territory, will be promoted to the rank of lieut-colonel.

EFFECTIVE 1 MARCH 2026

LIEUT-COLONEL NELIA ALMENARIO, an officer of The Philippines Territory currently serving as Chief Secretary in that Territory, is appointed as Territorial Commander, The Philippines Territory. Lieut-Colonel Almenario will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.

MAJOR EMERALD URBIEN, an officer of The Philippines Territory currently serving as Secretary for Personnel Administration in that Territory, is appointed as Chief Secretary, The Philippines Territory. Major Urbien will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel.

EFFECTIVE 1 APRIL 2026

LIEUT-COLONELS SIPHO AND NYARAI MBANGWA, officers of the Zimbabwe and Botswana Territory currently serving respectively as Secretary for Programme Administration and Territorial Home League Secretary in that Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Rwanda Territory. They will succeed Lieut-Colonels Christian and Christiana Azubuike, who will take new international appointments.
