IHQ Administration Department Renaming and Leadership Appointments
The General has approved renaming the IHQ Administration Department to the IHQ Administration and Personnel Department, effective 1 March 2025. The change of department name recognises the significant scope and key role of the department and better describes its functions for both IHQ and the International Army.
In addition to the name change of the department, the Chief Secretary and Secretary for Leader Development will be given new appointments as the International Secretaries for Administration and Personnel. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of commissioner; Colonel Cheralynne Pethybridge on 1 March 2025, and Colonel Kelvin Pethybridge on 2 March 2025. Additional changes within the department structure will be communicated in due course.
