INTERNATIONAL APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions recommended by the International Appointments Board and decided by the General.
EFFECTIVE 1 AUGUST 2020
LIEUT-COLONEL BEAUTY ZIPINGANI, an officer of the Zimbabwe and Botswana Territory currently serving as Territorial Home League Secretary, Zambia Territory is appointed as Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Zambia Territory.
EFFECTIVE 1 SEPTEMBER 2020
MAJOR AGRIPINA GÓCHEZ, an officer of the Latin America North Territory currently serving as Under Secretary, Americas and Caribbean Zone, International Headquarters is appointed as Chief Secretary, Latin America North Territory. She, along with Major Gerardo Góchez, will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of Lieut-Colonel.
EFFECTIVE 1 NOVEMBER 2020
COMMISSIONERS MERLE AND DAWN HEATWOLE, officers of the USA Central Territory currently serving respectively as International Secretary for Business Administration and Secretary for Spiritual Life Development, International Headquarters are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Latin America North Territory. They will succeed Commissioners Tito and Martha Paredes who will be retiring from active service.
COLONELS LEE AND DEBBIE GRAVES, officers of the Canada and Bermuda Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Leader Development, United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland are appointed as International Secretary for Business Administration and IHQ Chaplain and City of London Liaison Officer, International Headquarters. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of Commissioner: Colonel Lee Graves on 3 November 2020 and Colonel Deborah Graves on 4 November 2020.
LIEUT-COLONELS PAUL AND JENINE MAIN, officers of the United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Caribbean Territory are appointed at Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Leader Development, United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland. They will take up their appointment responsibilities with the rank of Colonel.
COLONELS GABRIEL AND INDUMATI CHRISTIAN, officers of the India Western Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, India South Eastern Territory are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, India South Western Territory.
COLONELS JOHN KUMAR DASARI AND MANI KUMARI DASARI, officers of the India Central Territory currently serving respectively as National Executive Officer and Secretary for Women’s Development, India National Office are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, India South Eastern Territory.
LIEUT-COLONELS LALHMINGLIANA HMAR AND LALHLIMPUII CHAWNGTHU, officers of the India Eastern Territory currently serving as Under Secretaries, South Asia Zone, International Headquarters are appointed respectively as National Executive Officer and Secretary for Women’s Development, India National Office. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of Colonel.
LIEUT-COLONELS CHAWNGHLUT VANLALFELA AND KHUPCHAWNG ROPARI, officers of the India Eastern Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India Western Territory are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, India Western Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of Colonel. They will succeed Commissioners Edwin and Sumita Masih who will be retiring from active service.
MAJORS JOHN WILLIAM AND RATNA SUNDARI POLIMETLA, officers of the India Central Territory currently serving respectively as Divisional Commander and Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries, Chennai Division in that territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India Western Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of Lieut-Colonel.
