International Appointments and Promotions
EFFECTIVE 1 AUGUST 2026
LIEUT-COLONELS ABRAHAM AND MERCY MUDDA, officers of the India Central Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India Northern Territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders in the India Northern Territory; Lieut-Colonel Abraham Mudda as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Mercy Mudda as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. They will succeed Commissioners Vanlalfela Chawnghlut and Ropari Khupchawng who will retire from active officership service on 31 July 2026.
LIEUT-COLONELS ROBERT MASIH AND SUNITA ROBERT, officers of the India Northern Territory currently serving respectively as Secretary for Business Administration and Secretary for Spiritual Life Development in that Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India Northern Territory.
LIEUT-COLONELS SANTHI AND SAMRAJ BABU, officers of the Indian South Eastern Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Leader for Leader Development/Territorial Secretary for Spiritual Life Development in that Territory; are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Leader for Leader Development, India Western Territory.
LIEUT-COLONEL JASHIBEN KHRISTI, an officer of the India Western Territory currently serving as Territorial Secretary for Leader Development/Social and Education Secretary, India Western Territory, is appointed as Chief Secretary, India South Eastern Territory.
