INTERNATIONAL APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and agreed by the General.

EFFECTIVE 1 JANUARY 2022

LIEUT-COLONELS LALBULLIANA TLAU AND LALNUNHLUI KHAWLHRING, officers of the India Eastern Territory currently serving respectively as Secretary for Business Administration and Secretary for Spiritual Life Development/Territorial Statistician, Southern Africa Territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India South Eastern Territory. Lieut-Colonel Lalbulliana Tlau will succeed Lieut-Colonel Davidson Varghese who is retiring from active service and Lieut-Colonel Lalnunhlui Khawlhring will succeed Lieut-Colonel Mariamma Davidson who was recently promoted to Glory.

COMMISSIONER MARGARET SIAMOYA, an officer of the Zambia Territory currently serving as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Kenya East Territory is appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Kenya West Territory. She will succeed Commissioners Stephen and Grace Chepkurui who are retiring from active service.

LIEUT-COLONELS DANIEL AND ANNE KIAMA, officers of the Kenya East Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Tanzania Territory are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Kenya East Territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of colonel.

MAJORS WILLY AND ANNA GIBSON, officers of the Tanzania Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Finance Secretary and Personnel Secretary in that territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Tanzania Territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of lieut-colonel.

EFFECTIVE 1 FEBRUARY 2022

COLONELS DANIEL AND TRACEY KASUSO, officers of the Zimbabwe and Botswana Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Southern Africa Territory are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Nigeria Territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of commissioner: Colonel Daniel Kasuso on 1 February 2022 and Colonel Tracey Kasuso on 2 February 2022. They will succeed Colonels Victor and Rose-Marie Leslie who will be taking up new appointments in their home territory.

COMMISSIONERS TORBEN AND DEISE ELIASEN, officers of the Brazil Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, South America West Territory are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Southern Africa Territory.

COLONELS ALEX AND LUZ NESTERENKO, officers of the South America West Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, South America East Territory are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, South America West Territory.

LIEUT-COLONELS PHILIP AND SHEILA DAVISSON, officers of the USA Central Territory currently serving respectively as Officer Commanding and Command President of Women’s Ministries, Spain and Portugal Command are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, South America East Territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of colonel.

MAJORS RAFAEL AND KARINA GIUSTI, officers of the South America East Territory currently serving respectively as General Secretary and Command Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Spain and Portugal Command are appointed as Officer Commanding and Command President of Women’s Ministries, Spain and Portugal Command. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of lieut-colonel.

MAJOR SANDRA BASTOS CARREÑO, an officer of the Spain and Portugal Command currently serving as Corps Officer, Madrid Central Corps in that command is appointed as General Secretary, Spain and Portugal Command.
