INTERNATIONAL APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and agreed by the General.
EFFECTIVE 1 AUGUST 2023
COLONEL EVIE DIAZ, anofficer of the USA Central Territory currently serving as Chief Secretary, Canada and Bermuda Territory is appointed as Territorial Commander, USA Central Territory. She will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner. She will succeed Commissioner Bradford Bailey, who along with Commissioner Heidi Bailey, will be retiring from active service.
LIEUT-COLONELS JOHN AND LANI CHAMNESS, officers of the USA Western Territory currently serving respectively as Divisional Commander and Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries, Southern California Division in that territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Canada and Bermuda Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
